| OCQG is extremely excited to present CWAP 2010. We have FOUR days of incredible quilting fun planned for you with nationally known instructors teaching a wide spectrum of quilting arts. There is still a great selection of classes available where you are sure to discover a class or teacher to entice you to learn a new technique, start a new project, or revisit familiar friends. Classes are offered Monday – Thursday 9am – 4:30pm. Updated details are available under Classes.
We arranged for a wide variety of Special Events, from Bunko, Teachers Reception, Pajama Party and our Evening Programs featuring Joanne Figueroa on Monday Evening, Darlene We now have Night Shirts available for $20. They are 100% Jersey Cotton and come in 3 sizes, S, L & XL. To order send an email to registrar_cwap2010@yahoo.com. We will be accepting orders through June 18, 2010. We will have Special Raffles every night during CWAP (Featherweight & More!!) Forgotten Treasures is sure to entice you with the incredible baskets that have been created. We have also planned a Special Class Prize Monday – Thursday. Every student attending class that day will be eligible for that day’s Special Class Prize. The winner will be drawn at the Evening Event, but you do not need to be present to win. On Thursday night at the Boisterous Banquet, we will be drawing the Grand Class Prize donated by Mel’s Sewing Service. Here’s a hint: it begins with a “B”. Wonderful Door Prizes will be handed out at each of our Evening Events. |
Boisterous Banquet is planning an evening of fun and fabulous prizes. There are a limited number of tickets still available for the Banquet, so signup now. You won’t want to miss this event! We promise the evening will end no later than 8:30pm! Our Camp Challenge, Wild Thing, is underway and entries are due by June 25th. OCQG is especially pleased to announce CWAP new venue – Vanguard University, Costa Mesa, CA. You will enjoy the spacious, air-conditioned classrooms and FLAT terrain. Check out the information located under Venue for more details and directions to the campus. Our resident CWAP store will be Cozy Cottage. They will be onsite to help you with any of those last minute needs and to entice you with those "gotta haves"! Online registration will remain open.
