Registration

Registration will open on January 12, 2010 at 10 pm (PST). There are two ways to register:

  1. Online Registration

    Register Online - Online Registration will open on January 12, 2010, 10pm (pst)


  2. Mail in Registration

    Mail in Registrations will not be considered received until January 12, 2010 10pm (pst).  Applications received by mail prior to this time will be held and processed at 10pm(pst) on January 12, 2010.   We encourage you to use the Online Registration Feature – which will be available on January 12, 2010 10pm (pst).  Download Registration Form for mail in only. 

Registration: Will open on January 12, 2010 at 10 pm (PST). Campers may register online at www.campwatchapatcher.org or by mail to be received no sooner than January 12, 2010 at 10 pm (PST). Mail in registrations will not be considered received until 10 pm January 12, 2010 and will be processed at this time. No phone or fax registrations will be accepted.

Payment: Credit card payments will be accepted for online registration only. Checks should be made payable to OCQG-CWAP. Online registration will offer an option to pay by check. Checks must be received within 7 days for registration to be valid/confirmed. Registrations will be voided if payment is not received within 7 days. Payment must be made in full at time of registration or you may choose a Split Payment Option for a fee of $10. The Split Payment consists of 2 payments. The first payment is due at the time of registration. This first payment will include the Registration fee, the Cancellation Insurance fee (if applicable), the Split Payment fee, and half of the remaining balance. The second payment is the balance due and is due no later than April 1, 2010. The second payment may be made online with credit card, if you have registered online, or by check via mail. Checks must be received by April 1, 2010. If you select to use the split payment option, your payment will be based on your 1st choices of classes.

Registration Fee: $30 is required for all Campers taking class(es) and/or resident Campers. This fee is a processing fee and includes camp pin, camp bag and goodies! There is a $5 Registration Fee for those only attending Evening Program(s). This fee is a processing fee, NO Camp bag and goodies are included. All Registration Fees are non-refundable.

Class/Event Registration: Each Camper must use a separate form. Forms may be photocopied or you may register online at www.campwatchapatcher.org. Please select your 1st and 2nd second choice for each time period of classes. Submit payment only for your first choice. Classes not meeting a minimum enrollment may be cancelled and fees will be refunded, Campers will be notified no later than June 1, 2010. CWAP will work to reassign Campers to their 2nd choice or other selection. Signature is required (on mailed in forms) to confirm that you have read and agreed to the Liability and Indemnification Agreement (see below). Online Registrations must indicate acceptance of the Liability and Indemnification Agreement.

Housing/Meals: Each Camper must complete a separate form. Please see Housing/Meals information on separate page.

Emergency Contact: Required for all registered Campers. If you become ill at CWAP we are required to contact your emergency contact and/or call emergency services.

Confirmation: Of enrollment will be sent within 10 days of receipt (by mail for mail registration, by email for online registration). No confirmations will be issued unless payment has been made in full or the first half of the Split Payment has been made. Submission of Registration (either online or by mail) does not guarantee enrollment into any Classes, Evening Lectures, Special Events or Housing. All submissions will be processed on a first come-first assigned basis.

Changes: Will incur a $10 fee which must be paid prior to confirmation of change. NO changes will be allowed after June 1, 2010. There will be no charge for changes due to cancellation/changes by CWAP.

Cancellation Insurance: Available for $15. In case the need arises Cancellation Insurance will allow you to cancel up to June 1, 2010 with a refund of Classes, Special Events and/or Housing fees. Registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be given without Cancellation Insurance. ** Note the cancellation insurance does NOT apply to Mark Lipinski’s Class #310 Primitive House Rug Hooking – due to the unique personalized canvas.

Liability and Indemnification Agreement: As a registered camper, participant, attendee, participant, OCQG member or guest attending Camp Watch-A-Patcher 2010 and its classes, lectures, tours or other events, whether paid or not, that is held by either Camp Watch-A-Patcher or Orange County Quilters Guild, I hereby agree to indemnify orange County Quilters Guild and/or Camp Watch-A-Patcher, its members, volunteers, employees, agents, assignees, and contractors from any claim or injury, loss or damages caused by “acts of God or nature”, accidents, negligence, or any other actions in addition to the acts of third party individuals beyond the control of either Camp Watch-A-Patcher or Orange County Quilters Guild.
